Went for a furnace inspection today. Did a static pressure test, it failed. Did a carbon monoxide and gas leak test, no leaks. Combustion analysis test passed. Inducer motor amperage passed. Gas pressure and pressure switch passed. Exhaust flu is in good condition. Temperature split between the supply and return duct passed. Blower motor amperage passed and blower wheel is clean. Customer has pneumatic zoning system that was acting up and making a lot of noise from internal vacuum pump. Found that constant power switch to pump was in on position. Turned to off and tested system and everything was functioning normally.
Arrived. Customer explained that her floor drain in her basement have been backing up. Upon inspection and flushing the floor drain with bubble up. Grabbed 300 auger and ran machine through inside clean out running the full extent of my cable. Pulled back a lot of flushable wipes and some routes. Flush toilet multiple times and ran shower without back ups occurring. Line is open and flowing
